You are applying for ADA Paratransit Transportation. To qualify, you must have a physical,visual or cogitive functional limitation that prevents you from safely or independently riding a regular public bus. The online process takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete and it has 3 steps:
Create an account in ADA Ride system
Complete application form
Print and/or email healthcare form
